The CTC - Combined Therapy Cocktail™ Session is a combination of various modalities including, but not limited to NLP- Neuro-Linguistic Programming, EFT- Emotional Freedom Technique, Hypnosis, Time Line therapy, Reiki, Metaphysical healing and new age sciences. All reinvented and put together to ensure healing on the level of mind, body and spirit....in the one session.
Reiki I, Reiki II Training and a 4 week home study component is part of this bundle and must be completed with Joanne prior to the 11day CTC Training - see events for details

Learn the key principles and processes of NLP, the art of personal excellence. It is a method and process of organizing human behaviour on both verbal and non-verbal levels into parts. By simply changing the coding of an experience, you can change your feelings, your internal state and your world.
Through simple yet profound techniques you can transform negative emotions into positive feelings, gain confidence and enhance self-esteem.
EFT is based on the discovery that the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system and these imbalances in the body’s energy system have profound effects on one’s personal psychology. This is called a Polarity Reversal.
The process involves tapping on end meridian points over certain locations on the body to rebalance the energy field (undoing the knots so to speak). Moving the eyes in certain directions during the procedure creates new neurological pathways (rewires the brain). This is a simple technique that is very easy to learn and achieves results in minutes.

CTC as a therapy was not birthed of me but through me.
At its birth, it was called 'Cut The Crap' because that’s what we do.

The CTC Master Therapist training was a life changing experience. Jo delivers the most incredibly inspiring, interactive, exciting (and often highly entertaining) course - I remained engaged and enthralled for the entire schedule. Not only was it the most intensive learning experience I have ever had (I was pushed and challenged in many ways and well outside my comfort zone) but it actually rid me of lingering CFS symptoms.
Only a week before my training I experienced an awful relapse and couldn't comprehend how I could possibly sit with a class of students day in and day out without crashing. I have recently completed a live in training course for CTC therapy. It was amazing. An incredibly intense course that required each of us to go through our own therapy. This can be daunting in itself but to face your personal issues in a classroom with people you have only recently met can leave you feeling exposed and vulnerable.
